Ravi Agrawal is the editor in chief of Foreign Policy, the host of FP Live, and a regular world affairs analyst on TV and radio. Before joining FP in 2018, Agrawal worked at CNN for more than a decade in full-time roles spanning three continents, including as the network’s New Delhi bureau chief and correspondent. He has shared a Peabody Award and three Emmy nominations for his work as a TV producer, and his writing for FP was part of a series nominated for a 2020 National Magazine Award for columns and commentary. Agrawal is the author of India Connected: How the Smartphone Is Transforming the World’s Largest Democracy. He is a graduate of Harvard University.

Ms. Antoinette Monsio Sayeh assumed office as Deputy Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund on March 16, 2020. Ms. Sayeh has been a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the Center for Global Development (CGD) since November 2016 and was Co-Chair for the recently concluded 19th Replenishment of the International Development Association (IDA19), the World Bank’s Fund for the poorest. She previously oversaw and significantly enhanced the International Monetary Fund’s engagement with its sub-Saharan African members as Director of the African Department between July 2008 and August 2016.

Ms. Nancy Gathungu is the Auditor-General of the Republic of Kenya. A holder of a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management) and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting), Ms. Gathungu is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Business Administration (Strategic Management). She has more than 27 years’ experience in public sector auditing, Quality Assurance and Information Technology audit. Ms. Gathungu is a Board Member of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) Development Initiative (IDI) which is the capacity-building arm of the global public sector auditing community. She is also the Priority Chair of the African Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (AFROSAI) Technical and Institutional Capacity Building Committee, one of the specialised organs of the AFROSAI. She is also the Vice Chairperson of the AFROSAI-English speaking (AFROSAI-E), one of the sub-regional organisations for AFROSAI. She has handled various high-level assignments for the INTOSAI-IDI and the AFROSAI-E. She is a certified member and trainer with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a member of the Association of Women Accountants in Kenya (AWAK) where she mentors young lady accountants. She is a facilitator, resource person and peer reviewer in the audit process, risk management and governance as well as public finance management, communications, ethics and integrity.

Mrs. Delina Ibrahimaj was born in Tirana, on 23.12.1983. Since September 2021 she serves as Minister of Finance and Economy. In November 2012 she received the title of Doctor (PhD) in Banking and Finance from the University of Rome, Tor Vergata – Rome, Italy. In December 2009 received the title of Master of Science in General Management from the University “Luigi Bocconi” – Milan, Italy and Bachelor in Management and International Economics at the same university. Mrs. Ibrahimaj conducted a series of trainings such as the “Training of Trainers” program, developed in the period March – June 2016 and trainer in the field of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance, organized by the Albanian School of Public Administration with the support of the OSCE Presence in Albania, Coordinator National Anti-Corruption, Italian government of Public Administration in the framework of the project “Support to anti-corruption measures in Albania”. In 2016 and onwards she is a member of the Statistics Council, INSTAT, and from 2017 and onwards a member of the Board of Directors of FED Invest and a member of the Social Insurance Institute. Mrs. Ibrahimaj has a long work experience. From 2019 to 2021 she served as Director General of Taxes, in 2016-2019 as Director General of the Institute of Statistics and in 2015-2016 as coordinator for Financial and Economic Affairs, member of the operational room at the Prime Minister’s office. During 2011-2015 she worked as an economist at the Bank of Albania and a member of the Board, Senior Financial Officer at Tirana Express, Tirana. During 2007-2010 she was general manager in Urban Distribution ltd., and in the period 2005-2007 she managed the Albanian Distribution Association, ltd., Tirana. She is fluent in English, Italian and French.

Minister Mario Marcel is an Economist from the University of Chile and M. Phil. in Economics from the University of Cambridge, UK. In 2015 he became Board Member of the Central Bank of Chile. In 2016 he was appointed President of that institution, a position he held until the end of January 2022. Previously, he was Director of the Global Good Governance Practice of the World Bank; Deputy Director of Public Governance and Territorial Development of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and Manager of the Department of Institutional Capacity and Finance of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). For 13 years he worked for the Government of Chile in the Ministry of Finance. Between 2000 and 2006 he was Director of the Budget Office.
