Mr. Sanjay Kumar, currently serving as the Public Debt Management Advisor in SARTTAC, commenced his tenure in March 2024. With over 31 years of professional experience at the Reserve Bank of India and the Commonwealth Secretariat, he specializes in sovereign debt management, local currency bond market development, legal and institutional frameworks governing public debt management, formulation and implementation of Medium-Term Debt Strategies and promoting debt transparency. He holds postgraduate degrees in Economics and Business Management, with a specialization in finance.
